The evolution of the current data came from the Program Erasmus + where New 2014-2020 brings changes and upheavals in services.
An another period 2007-2013 , full European Programs has gone and our familiar Youth in Action leave their position for Erasmus +.
A hint as little recollection of a youth group and an Action made in Italy and particularly in Sermugnano in October 2013 .
That program was attended by 21 people from 8 countries (Italy , Lithuania , Portugal , Czech Republic , Poland , Hungary , Greece, United Kingdom ) in a small traditional picturesque village of 46 residents . The theme “Arts in Europe” art and communication with the people , so many issues that unite countries and many other differentiating . With special care built the program from the host country and was organized by Associazone Culturale Gruppo PAX (in cooperation with Culturelinks Alliance, Vievio Art School, Sharp Minds, Camara Municipald de Moura, Laja Fundation and in charge persons Antonella Rossi, Carmine Rodi Falanga & Mafalda Morganti), while young people actively involved in all phases of the program . Interactive games , quizzes , and even a form of teaching about culture held in school of 120 students . Images can speak for themselves, in the Videos below.
But now plans have changed and let’s see what follows:
First we will talk about existing programs and those now belong to the past, that was:
1. The Lifelong Learning Programme
2. Erasmus, Grundtvig, Leonardo, Comenius
there were also
International Programs in Higher Education, the Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink, bilateral cooperation programs and finally the Youth in Action Programme.
Now a single program under the umbrella of the ERASMUS + are:
In any case and in any field one time decided to make registration should primarily enter the body of the Unique Registration Facility (URF), through participant Portal.
Registration should be done only once on behalf of the institution as a whole. Exceptionally, schools falling within the scope of a local or regional public authority as a legal entity should be entered separately from the legal entity of which they are part.
You should then upload and supporting documents proving their legal relationship with this entity.
After successful registration, the agency will take a unique 9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC), which must be typed in any application form.
Analyzing briefly
1st pillar:
This basic program Action will include projects that will manage both the National Agencies and the Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission (Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency).
Mobility plans provide beneficiaries the opportunity to move to another participating country in order to study, work, teach, train and develop professional skills and qualifications.
Central to this activity is as follows: Only organizations can apply for funding for mobility. Individuals, although you can make mobility, no longer able to apply.
Mobility opportunities available in:
Faculty: (schools, higher education, vocational training, adult education): participation in training courses, seminars, training missions, etc.
Students: for periods of study or internship
Apprenticeship for students and trainees in initial vocational education and training
Young people outside the educational system: for voluntary activities (individually or in groups)
Professional development and training for staff in all areas of education, training and youth.
2nd pillar:
This basic program Action includes projects that will manage both the National Agencies and the Executive Agency Education , Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission (Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency). The full details of these plans are not finalized yet . We offer four types of cooperation:
Strategic Partnerships: Facing the growing need for innovation and aimed at bringing all stakeholders involved in a particular field : education , training and youth . For greater impact , a project can include both mobility and collaboration.
Knowledge Alliances : Is large-scale partnerships aimed at the modernization of institutions of higher education . The close collaboration with the world of work promotes innovation , creativity and the adoption qualifications to changing employment needs.
Sector Skills Alliances : allow cooperation between training organizations and businesses to create new topics education , modernization of methods of training and innovation for the benefit of society , etc.
International Cooperation with third countries: aims to modernize
institutions of higher education reforms in governance , the quality of teaching in non-formal education, etc. On European neighboring countries , Latin America , Asia and Africa . Meanwhile, IT support platforms (including e – Twinning) enhance networking.
Strategic Partnerships / Partnerships will be decentralized activity and related cooperation projects that will allow participating organizations to jointly tackle major issues , develop partnerships and share innovative practices .
Under the ERASMUS + an organization will lead the Partnership and will coordinate the plan . Strategic partnerships of various sizes will be eligible to be given the opportunity for smaller organizations to participate in the program.
3rd pillar
Action 3 supports the reform of the public policy of the Member States and promotes cooperation with third countries, including the exchange of best practices. This support includes the application of European transparency tools, conducting cross-national studies and support specific programs of action, including the Bologna process for higher education and the Copenhagen vocational education and training.
It consists mainly of projects managed by the Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission (Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) and the National Agencies will manage the Structured Dialogue on Youth (Youth Structured Dialogue).
The Structured Dialogue on Youth includes projects which will facilitate dialogue among leaders on policy for youth from a young and on the other, in selected topics.
